ALGUNAS PARADOJAS DE LA ÉTICA ARISTOTÉLICA

Resumen
El propósito de este artículo es explorar algunas pistas aristotélicas que podrían ayudarnos en el intento de resolver seis paradojas de la Ética aristotélica causantes de malentendidos: l. El propósito de la Ética es ayudarnos a ser buenos, pero los discursos morales no
hacen buena a la gente. 2. La sabiduría práctica no fija el fin de nuestras acciones, sino sólo los medios: ¿estamos determinados de por vida por nuestros hábitos tempranos? 3. Si solo somos parcialmente responsables de nuestras disposiciones ¿cómo podríamos llegar a ser totalmente responsables por nuestro comportamiento como adultos? 4 Siel intelecto no mueve a nada, y los malos hábitos están firmemente establecidos ¿cómo alguien podría cambiar? 5. Si la mala persona ignora que lo es y no puede ser persuadida ¿qué puede hacer con ella el legislador? 6. Si en orden a ser virtuoso se debe ser prácticamente sabio y en orden a ser prácticamente sabio se debe ser virtuoso ¿cuál es el punto de partida?
